from Denise Rial: ALMOND SALMON WITH GARLIC SAUCE 4 * 8 oz salmon fillets olive oil salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste 1/2 cup blanched almonds, toasted in the oven at 350 'til golden about 5 min 1/4 cup cumin seeds, toasted or 2 Tbls ground cumin Sauce 1 cup stale bread cubes, 1" and no crust 10 cloves garlic, peeled 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 1 cup extra virgin olive oil Rub salmon with oil and sprinkle with S and P. Grill 6-8 min per side While salmon is cooking put bread garlic and vinegar in blender and puree. With motor running add olive oil and process 'til smooth. Season to taste with S and P. Remove salmon from grill and sprinkle with mixture of cumin and almonds. Drizzle with garlic sauce. Eat and enjoy. This is so good...from the Splendid Table
